Patrick has been licensed FULL TIME in Real Estate since 1986! He has received many AWARDS for his sales production. While working at RE/MAX Hallmark, he has received the "Hall of Fame" and "Platinum" awards and recently, the prestigious "Lifetime Achievement" award which has ranked him within the top 1% of all Realtors in the GTA.

Areas of Specialization

After selling Real Estate for many years, I have acquired a client list that spreads across the city! Therefore it is difficult to specialize in just one geographic neighbourhood. However, the majority of my business is in Central and East Toronto.

Special Interests/Hobbies

I love golf, football, family time and playing board games (especially Monopoly....they call me “the Monopoly King”). I’m also very active in my church, organizing and leading special events within my age group and among my peers!
